FBI Sniper Ends Milan-Bound Hijack At LaGuardia
A man fitting a hijacking profile aboard a Trans World Airlines jet at LaGuardia revealed a pistol, hijacked to Chicago then to Kennedy, shot by FBI agent Kenneth Levin as he walked a hostage stewardess toward a Milan flight. Tragic 15 aboard car killed in Connecticut crash
In Berlin Connecticut a four door sedan carrying 15 people crashed into an embankment and rolled over fatally injuring six. Three victims were children ages 8 3 and 4. The 30 year old driver and two other adults also died. Nine others were hurt. All occupants were related. An 18 year old Philadelphia girl survived. The car was on Christian Lane at a T intersection with Deming Street when it left the road.
