Avon Lake considers sewer on Lear Road request

Avon Lake council debated a sewer installation on Lear Road north of Walker Road after a developer bid in January aimed at serving a Fisher Fazio Costa store. The city would need to cover about 48 370 for replacement of the Grove Street to Lake Road sewer, with a 40 000 deposit pending from Mid west Land Development Co. and residents objected at an informal meeting. A resolution of necessity will be drawn by city solicitor Dale Barnard and voted on at the next meeting.
