New Attack On Gold Policy Is Started
John M. Perry, a New York lawyer and litigant in prior gold cases, filed a new petition in the court of claims seeking additional compensation on a $10,000 liberty bond. The action aims to overcome the Supreme Court’s disqualifications from his earlier suit involving a $16,000 fourth 4 percent liberty bond and the gold clause ruling.
