Columbus Lawyer Named Counsel For Pike Turnpike Board
Columbus attorney Frank C. Dunbar Jr seems likely to accept appointment as general counsel for the Ohio Turnpike Commission despite one member's lack of confidence. Commissioner Murray Seasongood attacked the choice, calling Dunbar inexperienced and impudent while Dunbar defended his bid work. The commission also debated hiring a group of lawyers to handle land acquisition work instead of an insurance firm.
