Massage parlors fund campaigns through tax-free contributions

In Washington, operators of two massage parlors on the sex strip say customers paid over 250000 in three months as contributions for political campaigns. Dennis Sabin and Larry Williams run the two storefronts as political action committees since November 1, employing 40 women. Clients paying a 35 dollar minimum are told it is a contribution to campaigns. They plan to support a city referendum on a right to privacy measure to curb police raids on businesses without a specific personal injury complaint. Both parlors, Adam and Eve and Paradise, lie near the White House amid a district tied to vice cases. Sabin has a prior $1000 fine for conspiring to pander in Arlington.
