Bond Holds At 1 Million For Ortiz Probation Violations
Lorain County Judge Chris Cook kept Adam Ortiz Jr. jailed on a $1 million bond after he allegedly violated probation by selling crack cocaine. Ortiz, 23, had helped move the body of 17 year old DeAndre McDowell in 2013 and faces drug trafficking charges along with a prior probation breach involving marijuana. The case is awaiting a county grand jury presentation.
