Plan to complete installation of sewers for Spencer streets
A step by step plan for finishing the sanitary sewer system and street restoration in Spencer was presented to the council by contractor Frances Figley. He outlined that laterals would be completed before any street repairs, with bore work next week and occasional street cuts to avoid water lines. Residents should direct property repair requests to councilmen, while owners place a stake to mark lateral location. Water and sewer lines must be kept about six feet apart.
