The North Ridgeville-Cleveland interchange 9A will allow eastbound Turnpike traffic to join I 480 and westbound I 480 traffic to join the turnpike directly. Previously traffic used Exit 9 and a half mile of Route 10. Ribbon-cutting is set for 11 a.m. with I 480 linking to relocated Route 10 later this year.
