Michael Zilka, 21, of Avon dresses as Uncle Sam outside the Liberty Tax Service office at Abbe Road and Broad Street in Elyria. He says his sister runs the office and the job is easy and pays the bills. He dismisses acting as a career, noting odd reactions from drivers, including obscene gestures.
