Reciprocal tax bill appears doomed in Ohio legislature
NORTH RIDGEVILLE reports that House Bill 3, a reciprocal income tax plan pushed by Rep. J. Leonard Camera for the Firelands Mayors Managers Association, is seen as dead as of Saturday. Senator Paul Matia plans a Senate bill for April 13, but officials say a failed committee move could doom both efforts. The group cites possible double taxation as the alternative if reciprocity fails.
