Alma City Commission Faces Charter Change Vote
Alma Michigan records show the City Commission approving bills and a resolution to amend Chapter XV Section 1 of the City Charter. The measure would move the fiscal year start to July 1 and be placed on the November 2, 1920 election ballot. The meeting also discussed Riverside cemetery mausoleum plans and adjourned.
