In a 1913 circuit court order Judge Kelly Sears directs Patrick Judge and unknown heirs of Mrs. Atin McCready to appear by Oct 6, 1913 in a case to quiet and remove clouds on the title to the north half of the southeast quarter of section 35 and the southwest quarter of the northeast quarter of section 36, township 12 north, range 1 west, Gratiot County. Publication in Alma Record required weekly for six weeks or personal service at least 20 days before appearance.
