In a April 1912 session the Gratiot County Board of Supervisors elected B. L. Case as permanent chairman after a recess and a vote tally showing Case 14 votes, Himes 7, with 28 total votes. The board read communications from the Detroit House of Correction and telephone companies and set adjournment for ten oclock tomorrow.
