Temperament and business mood in Babson interview
Roger W. Babson argues that musicians actors and others are temperamental but that business men ride a natural cycle. He cites slow improvements, predicts gradual recovery across industries, notes labor and wage changes, rising building demand, and easing commodity prices as signs of a long term upturn despite current dips. The Babson chart shows a 20 point gain but general business remains 18 percent below normal.
