Alma City Commission Feb 14 1920 sewer bids and franchise ruling

Alma Michigan city commission meets amid sewer bid protests and a Gratiot County Gas Company default. Commissioners reject sewer bids, discuss franchise repeal of gas works ordinance, set public hearing for March 2, 1920 and refer Grove area sewer plans for next meeting. Mayor Charles R.
