In Wayne County Michigan Circuit Court Chancery National Polo Company sues Consoli dated Light and Power. Detroit Trust Company as Receiver will sell all property of Consolidated Light and Power at public auction January 13 1914 at 2 pm at Wayne County Building Detroit. Receiver will report sale results within three days and a hearing follows before Judge Van Zile. Also notices of hearing on claims against Consolidated Light and Power with December 20 1913 hearing date.
