Hardin County redistricting battle drags on in court
Editorial notes the protracted federal suit over Hardin County redistricting led by Judge Emmett Lack and Commissioners Hugh Means and Howard Barrington. It cites taxpayer costs, defiance of court orders, and a factional move to unsettle Judge Fisher as part of a broader political struggle. The piece questions county governance and four-year prospects for leadership.
