Two Die In Head on Crash Of Pickups Wednesday
Ashley Gore a 70 year old Silsbee resident died after a head on pickup crash at 12 45 p m near FM 92 and FM 1122. George Arthur Drake 68 of Silsbee and Walter Loftin 68 of Spurger were injured. Gore and Drake were pasture wardens for East Texas Wildlife Conservation Association. Drake was in good condition at St Elizabeth Hospital Beaumont while Loftin was in serious condition. Funeral services were pending. David Shows Jr son of Mr and Mrs David Shows Sr returned home after a serious illness in a Bogalusa La hospital.
