Cheyenne County Nebraska Board of Commissioners meets at the courthouse in Sidney on September 4 1951 to audit and approve general and road fund claims with George Fleming Cecil Hunt George Coulter and Jack R Knicely present. The meeting includes a road resolution to open a sectional road and a deputy county attorney appointment of R P Kepler.
