Nebraska Game Commission reports rifle deer permits for the November 7 to 15 season are moving fast. As of September 2 only 3,151 rifle permits remain across six units. 18,400 total permits authorized, 15,249 issued. Archery season opens September 19 with 630 permits issued so far. Remaining turkey permits by unit include Niobrara early 98 Niobrara late 205 Round Top early 81 Round Top late 410.
