Christmas Lighting Needs Finance Help
Sidney plans a long range Christmas lighting program despite a Cheyenne County funding setback. The county must provide 500 this year to stay on schedule, with local groups already donating 125 from the Lions Club 25 from the Sidney business and Professional Women's Club and an undisclosed sum from the Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority. If more groups contribute the project proceeds, with additions to lighting at city entrances this year and yearly expansion planned.
