An ordinance approved November 13 1956 levies a five installment special tax of 913 22 for Sanitary Sewer District No 32 and 48 for District No 33 to fund improvements in Sidney Nebraska The tax is apportioned by benefits and becomes a lien on property with penalties for delinquency and interest. Also note a county court notice for Lillie F Wright estate with hearing November 23 1956 and appoint A E Wright as administrator.

Equalization hearing held for Sanitary Sewer Districts 32 and 33 with no objections. Building applications approved and budget items authorized including a tractor for Street department and painting City Auditorium basement.
The Sidney Nebraska city council approves acceptance of water district improvements and adopts a tentative benefit schedule. It schedules a Board of Equalization for December 10 1956 and notifies property owners of the meeting. The body also approves Grabill Park Third Addition and authorizes related filings.
