Sidney Nebraska Council Approves Paving District 102 Completion

The Sidney City Council certifies completion of paving district 102 by Filsinger Excavating and authorizes final payments of 15088.30 to the contractor and 1036.00 to M C Schaff & Associates. A Board of Equalization is set for November 23 1970 to adjust assessments. A separate resolution closes the sinking fund and reallocates Rich funding to various districts and the city general fund.
