Red Cross Swimming Instruction Signup Scheduled
The Cheyenne County Red Cross chapter announces June 11 and 12 registration for summer swimming classes at Sidney Municipal Pool from 9 to 11 30 a m Adults and children may sign up with a 50 cent fee Life saving classes start June 6 at 8 a m with 1 registration plus 75 cents for the book The morning schedule runs 8 to 12 with sessions through June 8 13 Those under 12 cannot take junior life saving and those 16 and older can take the senior course Volunteers across communities will assist sign ups including Mrs Earl Trebrinke Potter Supt Ernest Maurer Peetz Elwin Linton Dalton Mrs Goldie Wolcott Gurley and Keith Morris Ordville Signups before the start are urged.
