Founders Day Tea by Beta Sigma Phi Chapters
Sorority Beta Sigma Phi celebrated its eighteenth Founders Day with three chapters Alpha Nu Sidney Alpha Upsilon Dalton and Beta Alpha Sidney hosting a Founders Day Tea at the Country Club Sunday afternoon. Pledges and rituals preceded the tea with members including Mrs. Forrest Planck Mrs. Clifford Osborn Mrs. James Thompson Mrs. Robert Ankeny and Mrs. John Watchorn participating.

Altar Society Meets With Pinochle and Five Hundred
St Patrick's Altar Society gathered in the school auditorium on Thursday afternoon chaired by Mrs Leroy Girardot. Members listed include Mrs Conrad Messing Mrs James Beyer Mrs Gale Jarred and others. Winners were Mrs Carl Loch for pinochle and Mrs Martin Heeg for second high. in five hundred first prize to Mrs Fred Beyer and second to Mrs Catherine Treinen.
