Petition In Estate Of Amalie Studlar Deceased
The creditors heirs and all persons interested are notified that Benjamin J Barnhart filed a petition seeking a decree that Amalie Studlar died testate a resident of Nebraska Cheyenne County about April 29 1933 owning the South Half of Section 30 Township 13 Range 47 and leaving widow Lucas Studlar and daughters Anna Kolb and Mary Barnhart as heirs no administrator has been appointed and the real estate descended to the named heirs. The petitioner owns part of the real estate via mesne conveyance and there are no debts. A hearing is set for April 7 1949 at 10 A M in the County Court Room.
