A two part program moved indoors at U S A theatre and cemetery services featured Commander Ledbetter, Rev Kahse, taps, and a wreath at the Unknown Soldier. Lincoln's Gettysburg Address was read, and Hon J I McIntosh delivered a well praised service. The Cheyenne County War Memorial dedication followed with Dr Light's band, a catered dinner, and a rain relief indoor ceremony at the theatre.
