Bluffs Airport Oil Lease Bids Sought by City
Scottsbluff city council members agreed to advertise for bids to lease oil and gas rights on about 1,700 acres of Bluffs municipal airport property. The move followed Union Oil Co of Oklahoma’s offer worth about 19,650 over ten years, after the firm failed to attend the meeting and the council chose to shop around.
