Bids to construct three prestressed concrete girder bridges on the Sidney to Big Springs Federal Aid project will be opened Aug 27 1970 in Lincoln Nebraska. Plans include quantities for concrete, steel, piling and protective coatings with alternates for welded plate girders. Contractors must meet wage, hours, bonding, and subletting requirements while bids are secured at the Department of Roads offices and bond is set at 100 percent.
