Three youths from Lodgepole and Bayard rescued Tim Hessler near Bridgeport Recreation Grounds after he fell from an inner tube while rescuing a woman. Neighbors aided with a rope and inner tube return as Hessler received emergency first aid. he was hospitalized and reported recovering.
