The Registered Nurses Club met at the home of Mrs. Virginia Block in Chappell. Election of officers followed by a lunch hosted by the hostess. Numerous small gatherings occurred with birthdays, farewells, and community visits. Highlights include Mrs. Nell Higden visiting from Kansas City, various hostess duties, and a farewell party for families moving to Hood River Oregon. Betty Lu, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. FarnBloom, made the Kearney State Honor Roll.
