Man Found Innocent Of Branding Charge
Allen E Irons of Scottsbluff was found innocent of branding six cattle belonging to the late Bert Rogers with his brand. A Banner county district court jury deliberated from about 5 p m to 7 30 p m at the Banner county courthouse. The case is believed to be the only one in this century in Nebraska involving cattle branding. Irons was Rogers foreman in Banner county when the alleged misbranding occurred.

Mrs Parady Dies at Dalton Farm Home
Mrs Emma Parady a Dalton farm lady about 60 found unconscious Sunday afternoon died Monday at Dalton hospital from a stroke believed to have occurred 60 hours earlier. Funeral arrangements are pending. She lived alone since son Roy died in 1948. Survivors include two sons Dale and Keith and two daughters Maude Kruger and Julia Wells.
