Dalton social clubs report a week of gatherings and plans
The Dalton area hosts a string of gatherings including a 12:30 dessert at Mrs Harlin Dormanns for the DBR Bridge Club with prizes for Mrs LeMoyne Myers and Mrs Dale Flora traveling to Mrs Melvin Warren. A Dalton Christmas party for firemen and Legion groups featured turkey with trimmings and dancing. Ira White hosted a chili supper with four card tables and honors to several players. MCC Club met at the Royal Room with prizes to Mrs Len Kallhoff and others. A Senior Citizens Christmas dinner at the Center drew 42 attendees with gifts, cake, and a quilt top donated by the Sunbonnet Girls. new members announced bring total to 56. St Marys Altar Society held a special meeting electing officers after Sunday mass.
