Sidney Nebraska council met December 16 1938 at 7 30 PM with Mayor Roche and eight councilors present. Minutes were approved. Ordinances 269 270 271 passed and published December 20 in The Telegraph News. An ordinance on opening and closing hours for dry goods groceries and shoes was read but tabled for lack of motion.
