Brauer Dau Nuptials at Aurora Indiana
Helena Dau daughter of Rev W H Dau married Arnold Brauer son of Richard Brauer of Sidney Nebraska in St John’s Evangelical Lutheran Aurora Indiana on Sunday November 25 6 30 pm The double ring ceremony featured organ music and a background of white chrysanthemums and ferns The bride wore white satin with lace and a long train and veil The groom’s military service included 112 days fighting on Luzon and an honorable discharge. A reception for 300 followed in the church hall Guests included the Brauer and Greenwood families and Fox studio staff. The couple will reside in Aurora after a short Kentucky honeymoon.
