Girls defend undefeated season as Irish clash Monday
The Sidney Red Raider Girls varsity remain 4-0 after beating Peetz Kimball Dalton and Bridgeport and prepare to defend their record against St. Patrick’s Irish Monday at the Youth Center. Coach Bill Willburn notes 12 players must be ready, with Deanna DeBruyn emerging as a key asset and Shari Kelley leading scorers in the Bridgeport win. The Junior Varsity is also 4-0 with wins over Peetz Kimball Dalton and Bridgeport. They head to Chadron Holiday Tournament December 28-30 at Chadron State College.
