Potter High Boys Expelled Temporarily
Thirteen Potter High School boys were temporarily expelled from school for disciplinary reasons. Supt. Carlos Morehouse ordered the action and said the students may return on Wednesday morning. He cited lack of respect for staff and the school as a factor. The expulsion affected freshmen, juniors and seniors, but not sophomores, and came ahead of a big basketball game. The Coyotes beat Lodgepole in a close game to move top in the Lodgepole Valley Association. Morehouse said he spoke with the students previously and acknowledged some gripes over the decision.
