State service record honors lifelong Nebraska educator Miss Beecher
A long tribute chronicles Miss Beecher life from rural one room schools in Union Valley and Grace Till to Beatrice and Omaha. It notes her seven decades of teaching across Nebraska and Colorado, nine to eleven pupil counts, a blizzard rescue, a lifelong devotion to students and a forthcoming reunion of all students and their descendants.
