Sidney Nebraska City Council approves Inland Construction bid
In a special session led by Mayor Derwart on September 25 1947 Sidney Nebraska council members Hellwig Logan Christ Porter and Pierson with absent Spearow opened bids for Street Improvement Districts 19 through 29. Inland Construction Company of Omaha won the bid and the certified checks of unsuccessful bidders were ordered returned. The bond from Aetna Casualty and Surety Company Hartford Connecticut was accepted. Council adjourned.
