Superintendent Braham has been invited to address a December meeting of the Devel County Teachers Association. Mr Braham is widely recognized as a public speaker in this part of the state. Nebraska teachers met in Omaha last month also invited him, but he declined due to duties in Sidney. Reports from Chappell say Mr G C Chambers, Sidney High School graduate, is serving as principal there with notable improvements and a growing school spirit among patrons and students. Sidney friends expect Chambers to become one of Nebraska's leading educators.
