Faith and the grasshopper mind in a biblical trial
The sermon compares the ten faithless spies who doubted Israel to a modern grasshopper mindset, arguing that majorities can be wrong and faith costs effort yet yields God’s approval. It contrasts Joshua and Caleb with the others, notes unfaith is expensive, and urges courage and trust in God amid hardship. Several local businesses and families are listed in alignment and support roles.
