An official average of 28.98 a hundredweight was reached at the 4-H baby beeves sale at the fair on Wednesday. The sale covered 100 calves weighing 92,241 pounds and bringing 26,732.82 dollars. Hog, sheep sales reported with weighted averages of 25.07 and 27.87 per hundred, respectively.
