York Guardian Seeks Lease Authorization for Minor's Real Estate

The Cheyenne County Nebr. District Court, on July 28, 1949, ordered that all interested parties appear August 18, 1949, at 10:00 A M in Sidney to show cause why Lester E. York as guardian should not be granted a license to lease L Ellsworth York II’s 1/24 interest in the W 1/2 of Sec 2, T15, R49 for oil, gas and hydrocarbon operations by the Ohio Oil Company. The lease would cover rights to mine, lay pipelines, construct buildings, and other necessary privileges, with publication of this order in The Telegraph once weekly for three weeks.
