Eicher Rites Wednesday for Mrs. Anna Eicher
Funeral services are set for Wednesday afternoon for 67 year old Anna R. Eicher who died Monday at her daughter’s home west of Lorenzo. The Gehrig Funeral Home will handle rites at two o clock with Rev. Neal Morris of the First Christian Church officiating. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery. Mrs. Eicher, born September 20 1881 in Wayne Nebraska, lived there in youth and married Oliver Eicher on August 15 1902. He died three years ago. For 18 years she resided with the Westphalens. Surviving are son Melvin of Anaconda Montana two daughters Mrs Westphalen and Mrs George Louderback of Laramie Wyoming three brothers two sisters and five grandchildren.

DeMers Body Being Returned to Sidney
The body of First Lieutenant Raymond Francis DeMers will arrive in Sidney Thursday. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday August 8 at First Methodist Church with military honors at two, Rev. Walter Jewett in charge. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Lt DeMers son of Mr and Mrs John C DeMers of Sunol was killed near Bingham Germany on April 24 1944. He enlisted January 23 1942 and flew as pilot of a P-51 Mustang with the Eighth U S Army Air Force. A complete obituary will appear in Friday issue of The Telegraph.
