Separate Sidney bid proposals due August 13 1970 for paving district plans with detailed quantities and costs. Bids require bonds and plans cost 10 dollars. City reserves right to reject. Also notices to creditors in Cheyenne County Nebraska for the estates of Fred Stud Nicka and Louis P Nelsen with court hearings in November and August 1970 respectively.
