A stolen 1970 Rambler was stopped 8.5 miles west of Sidney on Highway 30 at 7.04 p.m. Sunday by State Trooper Richard Larsen. Driver James Holland, 30, from Philadelphia, faced probation violation charges and possible statutory rape history. passenger Gregory Austin, 23, of Pontiac, Michigan, on Michigan parole for escaping confinement, faced parole violation. They were jailed in Cheyenne County awaiting extradition and arraignment for drinking on the highway, with Troopers Larry Brower and Jack Robinson assisting.
