Notice of Hearing on Gunderson Canal Water Forfeiture
State Department of Roads and Irrigation will hold a hearing at 10:00 A.M. May 15, 1957 in Chappell Nebraska to review the Gunderson Canal water appropriation docket 305 in Cheyenne County for lands described as 1000 acres including sections in Township 14 North Range 52 West and 59 West. If no one appears the water right may be forfeited under Nebraska statutes.
