Six new members joined the Joe Ulsh Auxiliary 8215 on March 17 bringing total members to 94, the largest ever. A bake sale is planned for April 4 to aid the National Auxiliary Cancer Fund. Mrs. Pearl Freeze, Mrs. Evelyn Coughlin and Mrs. Ida Coomer attended the St Patricks parade in Bay City on March 15 with District 11 members. Plans include Maple Syrup Festival posters and help on April 18.

The Shepherd F.F.A. held its March meeting on Monday March 16. The menu committee for the F.F.A. Parent and San Banquet set for April 21 in the High School Cafeteria announced ham mashed potatoes salad peas and coffee as the menu. School forest work was discussed with planning and planting tasks noted.

Women church group notes and upcoming meeting
The W.S.C.S session adjourned after a discussion of trees and refreshments. The next meeting is Wednesday April 1 at 10 o clock in the church dining room with a program You are Christ Called led by Marion VanLnte.
