Regular Shepherd Village Council meeting held January 6 1964 at 8 oclock in the Sheph herd State Bank room. President Don Gates presided with members Swenson Cassatt and Swagger present. Lethom and Cook absent. Discussion covered a trailer storage issue, Lagoon pipeline progress, Dan Myers in charge of Lagoon and Pump Station, sewage disposal progress, Pete Ramos sewer extension, Treasurer report, purchasing committee, and paying warrants. A zoning change from R-2 to R-3 for the western area was approved, with adjournment.
