Regular council meeting held March 16 1964 at 8 o'clock in the Shepherd State Bank meeting room. President Don Gates presided with members Swagger Cook Swenson Cassatt Harry and Lethorn present. Discussions covered sewer pumping station, property leases, taxes, and parking signs. Bills totaling 3 155 908 45 plus 1 000 000 were approved and funds reallocated for bond retirement.
